Conditions of Entry
- Participants acknowledge that they will be exposed to certain risks when participating in the Badminton Tournament, including but not limited to physical injury and death. All Participants enter the tournament at their own risk.
- BUETAA will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any person participating in the tournament.
- Participants must behave appropriately and always follow the lawful directions of BUETAA. Derogatory comments, abusive language, and inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- During the tournament, the Umpires will be selected by BUETAA, and their decisions will be considered as the final decision.
- If a participant causes any damage to the venue property, they must cover the cost of the damage.
- BUETAA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from the tournament.
- Participants are responsible for their own property at all times. BUETAA does not accept any responsibility for any property that is stolen, lost, or damaged in the tournament facilities (including the amenities).
- Participants must wear appropriate attire (including shirts and non-marking footwear on courts) at all times.
- CCTV Security cameras operate within the tournament venue and the tournament will be video recorded and photographed. Participants acknowledge that they may be filmed.
- Smoking and Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any areas of the venue during the tournament.
- Based on the circumstances, BUETAA reserves the right to change the dates and venue.
