Who can download documents?

Only members can view and download the uploaded documents.

Events

Do I need to print my ticket for attending event?

No, e-ticket will be sent in your email and it will work for QR code scanner during check-in. Meaning a paperless check-in system.

How can I make payment for event registration?

Event registration and payment will be done through same site.

Do I need to login for event registration?

No, you’ll need to provide specific information only during registration as per event category

Where to view events?

Upcoming event will display on front page. Past events will be in “Events List” page.

Job Board

Why Job List Not Showing Up?

Sometimes your browser may need refreshing to sync with server and show the list. You just need to refresh the page.

Also you need to tick On/Off applicable checkboxes.

Can I edit the job I posted?

Yes, you can view your posted jobs by logging into your account and edit any job. Any amendment/edit will go through admin approval process at backend.

Who can post and view job?

Any member can post about job opportunity. Posted job will need admin approval before publication. Only Paid and Life Time Members will be able to view posted jobs.

How do I get my membership number?

You’ll receive a notification email and also it will be available in your profile page.

How can I upgrade my membership level?

There will be option to upgrade in your profile page when you log into your account.

How does membership levels work?

There are two types of Membership. Benefits of each level explained below:

Member (Yearly subscription fee): Will have access to all pages. Will receive notification email before expiry of membership. If dues not paid in time, membership level will be downgraded to “Free” automatically and limited access to specific pages will apply

Life Time Member (One-time subscription): Will have access to all pages. Will enjoy discount and loyalty offers on various events

What are the benefits of being a member?

Member: Won’t have access to Member list and Job Board pages

Paid Member: Access to all pages and eligible for limited discount and loyalty

Life Time Member: Access to all pages and eligible for significant discount and loyalty

Can I pay be debit/credit card?

Yes, during checkout you will have option to pay by card.

How secure is the payment system here?

The site is protected by SSL certificate. In addition, we use PayPal Express global security gateway for any payment.

Who can view the posts?

Posts are public for viewing.

Any member can post. Posts will need admin approval before being public.
